II. Providing copies of documents

Required documents:

  • a copy of the lower secondary school leaving certificate certified as a true copy of the original by the headmaster of the lower secondary school that the candidate has completed;
  • a copy of the certificate of the result of the lower secondary school exam certified as a true copy of the original by the headmaster of the lower secondary school that the candidate has completed;
  • copies (original available for inspection) of certificates of obtaining the title of laureate and finalist indicated in the published by the Małopolska Education Superintendent on 4.04. 2017. List of knowledge, artistic and sports professions organized by the school superintendent or other entities operating on the school premises, which may be listed on the lower secondary school leaving certificate and places recognized as high in these professions in the 2016/2017 school year in the Małopolskie Voivodeship.
