On March 29, 2017, the 11th edition of the provincial knowledge contest IN THE CIRCLE OF MYTHS AND ANCIENT CULTURE was held at the Staromiejskie Centrum Kultury Młodzieży in Krakow.
This year’s theme was the culture and heritage of ancient Mesopotamia and Greek myths (Olympic gods and the history of Heracles).
As every year, the competition was very popular among schools in Małopolska.
The competition was huge (612 people took the test) and we are pleased to announce that Patrycja Lipczyńska, a student from the IH class of our High School, won the honorable second place in the competition.
The award and diploma ceremony will be held on May 31, 2017 at the Staromiejskie Centrum Kultury Młodzieży in Krakow.
Scientific supervision over the student was provided by prof. Anna Jończyk.
