Required documents:
a copy of the lower secondary school leaving certificate certified to be true to the original by the headmaster of the lower secondary school, which the candidate has completed;
a copy of the certificate of the result of the lower secondary school exam certified as a true copy of the original by the headmaster of the lower secondary school, which the candidate has completed;
copies (original available for inspection) of certificates confirming obtaining the title of laureate and finalist, indicated
in the appendix to ORDER NO. 13/19 of the MAŁOPOLSKA EDUCATION CURATOR of 22 February 2019 on the list of knowledge, artistic and sports professions organized by the Małopolska Education Superintendent or other entities operating at school, taken into account in the recruitment and supplementary proceedings for a year school 2019/2020 in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, which may be listed on the certificate of completion of the previous junior high school and determination of places considered high in these professions
