The students of our school, Alicja Fornal, Aleksandra Czaniecka, Natalia Podyma, Maria Ciechan, Damian Jaworski and Andrzej Piszczek, are the creators of the social project “Hide Your Thumbs” carried out as part of the Olympics “Released from Theory”.
The most important element of this project is social advertising aimed at parents and their children. Thanks to it, the “thumb generation” will be able to discover how to have fun without electronics. For those who are a little older, they want to recall the beautiful times of their childhood.

The project is aimed at parents of children aged 3-12 who have easy access to electronics. Learning or recalling various forms of entertainment for children who do not require the use of electronics. They will also be games that require little parental involvement. As part of the campaign, we create descriptions of games and record short instructional videos showing how to create simple toys on your own. One of the elements is also organizing competitions for art works in which you can win toys from Polish producers.

This year, the second edition of the project is being organized. The previous one was successful, it reached 60 thousand. Beneficiaries. Currently, the campaign is supported by, among others: Stanisław Karpiel-Bułecka, Marcelina Zawadzka, Barbara Kurdej-Szatan, Andrzej Młynarczyk, Mikołaj Roznerski and Antoni Królikowski.
