On October 21, 2019, a class 1H integration trip took place.

Students and teachers of Eliza Cart and Maciej Gruca went to Frankówka.

Together, we made 300 dumplings, and together we solved the Historical Quest about World War I. There were also integration games and a common bonfire.

All participants left Frankówka satisfied.

Ig integration trip – October 22-23, 2019

After the first days, the first stresses, the first conversations, the joint search for classes (not always successful ..), what were we missing? Of course, an integration trip! We started planning and thinking, which lasted and lasted, until finally we politely agreed to the proposal of our tutor, Mr. Mikrut, who deserves thanks for not giving up due to the frequency of changing plans to the place of departure – from Szczawnica to Wrocław.

On October 22, we went to Korzkiew, to a charming resort in the autumn scenery of fallen leaves. We started the integration with a field game, although probably everyone was waiting for the evening sitting in the rooms and integrating on our own, as is the case with every trip. Sports souls also had the opportunity to make fun of the next game, which we all remember under the sign of disheveled hair and clothes sunk in the mud. After all, “a dirty child is a happy child,” right?

We fell into a small pizza making workshop with a very nice chef, who had a nervous breakdown looking at some of our excesses, because as it turned out “the ingredients cannot touch each other”. Like an ordinary integration trip, but almost a course with Magda Gessler.

That day, there were also sports games in which our guardians played the first violin, and our teacher is a real Lewandowski! Maybe he could even compete with Ms Korpak and her achievements.

Apparently, nothing integrates as well as the “good old” fire that we arranged in the evening. We talked about every possible topic, including turbulent political topics, all very culturally of course! Well, maybe the “mat-geo-wos” class already has …

And finally, the time has come for the long-awaited “peace integration” and we hope that we were not a salt in the eye for our caregivers, even when they peeked into our cavity and visited us … This evening could be endless, but our caregivers made sure that we split up to their rooms and culturally survived until morning. Thank you for that, of course!

On Wednesday, we had card shows in the common room, which was not always liked by the wonderful hostess of the Center, but she bravely endured it despite one dispute over the cups …

We spent the rest of our free time at “table football” and pool table, and Mrs. Kukla fought with us.

After lunch, we all felt the time to come back and a slight nostalgia hovering in the air, even though we only spent two days together.

I think that we have a really great class and that we will still be able to go somewhere together, but this time for a longer time, and we would like to thank our tutors!

On October 3, 2019, a class 1h integration trip took place. Students, Spanish teachers Justyna Sobuś, Victor Madrid together with their tutor Anna Kwiecińska-Chmiel went to Frankówka. There were many attractions waiting on the spot. The caregivers with the pupils joined forces in making dumplings, gaining a considerable result of 380 pieces. Between eating more home-made products, integration games appeared, which brought students and teachers even closer. There were also warm conversations and cooking by the fire.
All participants left Frankówka with a smile on their faces, richer in new experiences and ready to cooperate for the next 3 years.

1st class integration trip E – 26-27.09.2019

On September 26-27, class 1 E went on an integration trip to the Polish Tatra Mountains. On the first day, in good spirits, we set off on a hiking trip. Our route started from Kuźnice in Zakopane. After a long hike, we reached Polana Kalatówki, where there is a mountain hotel in the Tyrolean style, specific for our mountains. After a short rest, we moved on and after a while we reached Hala Kondratowa, where we saw the smallest Tatra shelter. Satisfied with ourselves, we went downstairs and went to our center, located in Murzasichle. Then we organized sausages and a photo session against the background of the majestic peaks of Kasprowy Wierch and Giewont. We ended the evening with a joint game of mafia and cards, as well as supporting the Polish team in the match against Slovenia at the European volleyball championship.

In the morning of the next day, refreshed, we competed in dodgeball and tug of war. At the end of the trip, the class went to a nearby viewpoint from which we could have a wonderful view of the mountains. The return journey was singing, as befits an art class.

Integration trip Ic – 20/09/2019

On September 20 at 7:50 am, class Ic gathered at the corner of ul. Dajwór and Miodowa to go to Wiśnicz. Of course, at the very beginning there were problems entitled “I do not embrace the streets of Krakow” and if not for the advice of those with any orientation in the field, the bus would have departed without a significant part

Fortunately, everyone found themselves and the hour-long drive began. 2/3 of people fought for them not to float away into the land of eternal dreams, and the remaining 1/3 listened to the history of Wiśnicz with one ear, while the other was dedicated to listening to the story of a friend next door.

We got to Wiśnicz, where the temperature either
a) it fell 9 days and 9 nights like an anvil from heaven
or
b) it was the same as in Krakow, but we were spoiled by the heat of the bus.
And it was because of the cold that we started to integrate intensively. It is known that the best way to fight the frost is the warmth of another person, so we all started breaking the record for “Most people in a group hug”.

Visiting the castle fascinated the class, but some were drawn to things beyond the guide’s description, such as beautiful medieval fuses and sockets, or the art of instant self-portrait using a telephone and antique mirrors.

After leaving the palace and having a quick coffee, the class visited Jan Matejko’s mansion, who charmed the students with its history and beautiful, free-flowing peacocks.

The next point in the plan was a bonfire in Frankówka Mała. However, it was not the sausages that caught the attention of the class, but the sunbeds. The discovery helped to realize the greatest dream of every high school student – an afternoon nap straight from kindergarten. We folded up in a circle surrounding the loudspeaker, not the fire, and the operation “Relax” began to move.

After a successful pseudo-nap (“pseudo” because no one managed to fall asleep), it was time to eat. Sausages, bread, and marshmallows all at once (the former and latter were in some cases more like coal than any food item).

Of course, no party-like event can do without dancing; Belgian started and YMCA ended. On the way, iconic pieces such as Macarena and Ducklings passed. Teenagers began to look more and more like a wild company at a Polish wedding.

Tired of dancing, VILOS returned to their recliners, where the idea to play the mafia was born. This idea lived a successful life and died surrounded by friends and gangsters. Then he was resurrected, because class Ic was liked by the mafia and they decided to play for the second time in the last 15 minutes before leaving.

The return to Krakow took place singingly, literally. The art class is fond of chirping like nightingales (or in the case of those without musical talents: meowing like a cat complaining about lack of food despite the bowl full). The high school students came back a bit more tired, maybe with a bit more torn throats – but also a bit more integrated and a bit happier.

1c class integration trip – 5.10.2016

On October 5 this year, we went on an integration trip to Lanckorona.

First, we visited the church in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, where we had a small lecture on its history, and some students even had the opportunity to show off their knowledge about this place. After Calvary, we took the right course, which is Lanckorona. The whole trip was in the convention of a field game, so when we got there, there was a division into two teams and the distribution of maps and the first clue. It was a really great idea to integrate because we all got together to achieve our common goal – to win! Unfortunately, after a few tasks, both teams had to capitulate due to the rain … Nevertheless, we all returned to the bus with a smile on our faces and talked about the game.

It doesn’t matter if the weather was bad for us, it’s important that we all had a good time and got to know each other better! I wish there were more such great trips!

1E class integration trip – 10-11.10.2016

On October 10-11, class 1e, under the care of a tutor, a teacher and priest Janusz, went on a trip to Lanckorona. We lived in a beautiful and atmospheric villa called “Willa Tadeusz”, where years ago Krakow writers, poets and artists were looking for rest, rest, but also inspiration. It was in such a fairy-tale place that we spent beautiful moments with each other, filled with singing, music, smile and cordiality. There is a beautiful landscape around the villa, and the nearby paths encourage shorter and longer walks. Contemplating the beauty of creation, we had many serious or frivolous conversations, thanks to which we could get to know each other better 🙂 This trip will undoubtedly remain in our memories for many years! We encourage you to view photo memories from our trip 🙂

On Wednesday, September 21, class 1a2 went on an integration trip to the vicinity of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. During the trip, the class was supervised by teachers: Mrs. Magdalena Brud, Mr. Michał Kozień and Mrs. Agnieszka Kozik, a psychologist. During the trip, students learned about the history of the Zebrzydowski family and the reason why Kalwaria was founded. They also visited the historic, Baroque-style Basilica of Our Lady of the Angels. Later, the first years went by coach to the nearby Lanckorona, where they took part in a city game about the history of this small town. Being divided into two teams, the students competed, carrying out tasks on the history and artists of Lanckorona, not having heavy (and sometimes even pouring) rain. After the city game was over, the class went to the ruins of the castle on Lanckorońska Góra, where a bonfire and integration games took place. The students showed an extraordinary will to fight by defeating the teachers in competitions such as feet or Indian skis. After the games were over, the students went back to the bus and returned safely to Krakow. The trip was photographed by one of the students of class 1a2, Aleksandra Sieprawska, and the above note was made by her classmate – Michał Zabiegaj.

1D class on an integration trip in the Bochnia Salt Mine – 23/10/2014

Please visit the photo gallery

On October 23, 2014, class 1D participated in an integration trip to the salt mine in Bochnia. Integration activities were modeled on old mining works. In order to overcome the route and score points that guarantee victory, you need not only to be agile and clever, but also to be able to cooperate and extend a helping hand. The youth competed in three groups, performing subsequent tasks and scoring points. At the end of the trip there was a barbecue, however, due to the very unfavorable weather, the sausages were eaten in a closed room.

0H1 and 0H2 Spanish classes trip to the Bochnia Salt Mine – October 9, 2014

October 9, the so-called kindergartens went on a trip together. The integration trip was perfectly planned and its aim was to get to know all the students better. They filled the time very actively and pleasantly. The attractions included a city game, during which students had to get to know Bochnia, its streets, history, culture and even inhabitants, as well as sightseeing and accommodation in the mine.

The 1e class decided to integrate actively and playfully. The Active Recreation Center in Borek provided us with lots of attractions, outdoor games and a great playground. A picnic, accompanied by singing, guitars and delicious meals prepared by the students of our class, was a great culmination of the day.

1A1 class integration trip – 09/26/2014

Please visit the photo gallery

September 26, 2014 was the test day for Class 1A1. Our bilingual unit set off into the wilderness of Beskid Makowski. The trip by a warm coach gave hope for a good development of the situation. Once we got there, everything changed. In the cool, rain, but with good moods, we hit the road. Dressed from head to toe in warm socks, scarves, hats and jackets, we slowly began to feel tired. After an hour, we arrived at the resting place, a shelter in Kudłacz. Drenched, we grabbed tea. “One for all, all for one” turned into “One cracker? – So everyone will eat it. “

A brigade of the bravest of our unit has rushed to the rescue. They lit a fire to save us from the cold. The rest of the class supported them with lousy twigs to keep the fire going. We took whatever was left to eat and baked it. There were sausages, toasts, marshmallows … Nobody left the fire. Everyone wanted a little warmth. The atmosphere loosened up as the team-building dance around the flames began. However, this was not the end of the journey. It is in vain that we so persistently dry our clothes and equipment. The shelter was just something like a level in the game: “Did you get through? You go on! ” However, we were very determined. After reaching the top of Lubomir, we listened to astronomical sciences at the local observatory.

Satisfied with ourselves, we returned to the bus. On the way back, the vehicle prevailed: buzz, laughter and conversation. The whole trip was a great opportunity to get to know our companions with whom we will spend the next three years. It is also worth mentioning the “good spirits” of the trip: Brigadier General 1A1 and our support – Professor Iwona Ryż, commander of the Good Humor Department – Professor Monika Nowicka and the commander of the Photography and Film Department – Professor Marcin Muszka.

On October 22, class 1A2 went on a science and integration trip. We started by visiting the Romanesque church in Wysocice. Then we went to Pieskowa Skała, where we looked closely at the interior of the castle. After the scientific part, it was time to relax: a fire in Ojców and a walk along the Sąspowska Valley.
