The School Theater Proscenium was founded in 2006. The five-member female ensemble at that time made its debut with S. Mrożek’s “On the Sea”, winning a distinction at the Youth Theater Presentations organized by Centrum Młodzieży im. dr. Jordan and the Theater of J. Słowacki. Over the years, the ensemble’s composition and repertoire changed, but invariably Proscenium maintained a high artistic level, which resulted in a number of important theatrical awards in Krakow reviews.

Several actors associated with our school scene decided to continue their theatrical passions, studying at theater schools (Maria Pawłowska, a student of the Warsaw State Drama School) and acting studies (Maciej Feherpataky, Dominik Macała). Invariably since 2006, the supervisor of the School Theater is Prof. Marlena Maciejewska
